There’s not a caption box big enough to describe Ian “pops” Preedy he was a force of nature always fair, caring, personal and protective he always was interested in what was happening in your life and was always full of experienced advice which whenever I would see Ian and Sylvie I would always appreciate. As I’m writing this I’m remembering fantastic Turkey holidays that were spent with Ian and Sylvie where they both played surrogate parents to a dozen of us making sure we all had a great time….which we all did and to this day I still call Sylvie “ma”!. Also Hogmanay’ in Edinburgh spent with Ian & Sylvie and a group of us which was an unforgettable time which maneuvered me and Sara to have our wedding day in Edinburgh and having Ian and Sylvie celebrate it with us and our family and friends made it extra special. I still have trouble thinking Ian has passed as he is such an example of a husband, father, grandfather and friend that to me he is on an extremely long monitor bike ride and I wonder what adventures and strife he’s getting into. You will be missed Ian take care on your journey….and try to keep to the speed limit. X
